View Full Version : RPM Threshold for airflow calculation

What should this value be? I beleive this is for the WOT PE enrichment table. Mine is currently setup at 2,000. I think stock it is 4,000 or 5,000. It's a street/strip car. thanks

above that rpm the engine will only use the maf for airflow calculations. The maf isn't as good at calculating airflow when the airflow isn't steady so you need to set the value to a sufficiently high number. I have mine at the stock setting, 4000 rpm, and haven't really had a reason to change it. Its all your preferences of course but I probably wouldn't have mine anything below 3000 rpm. unless you do all your normal driving below 2000 rpm i wouldn't have it set that low
