Im using techedge w02 new sensor and calibration has been done, I have tried with both analog and comport connections but getting a massive error between what techedge display and what the v2 and dashboard show. The dashboard shows the lambda at .613 or 9.04 afr while the techedge display shows 11.0 afr.If I tune to v2 mixtures a extremely lean.Dose the a/d port cal affect the comp port output.V2 firmware is 2.7.22.V7.5.7 [180 build].The techedge display is showing slightly richer than the engine 02 sensors.

What do WO2LAM1, WO2EQR1, WO2AFR1 show when you're in Closed Loop...?
And what does the analog AFR show...?

BTW: your commanded fuel EQIVRATIO is way lean at 0.74.

The picture in post #7 shows WO2EQR1=1.246, WO2LAM1 0.802, WO2AFR1=11.78;
sanity checks:
1.246 * 0.802 = 1.00
1.246 * 11.78 = 14.68 (stoich)
The sanity checks are good, so the serial EQR/LAM/AFR are working.
Wideband behaviour is different from pic in post #3 to pic in post #7.

Should the dash w02AFR not be showing 14.68 and w02lambda 1?

I don't follow what you're saying... :Eyecrazy:
your pic shows the dash showing WO2AFR1 11.78 (which matches WO2LAM1 0.802 and WO2EQR1 1.246).
Post your log file.

What I was saying is I had a difference between what the dashboard was displaying and what the 02A display was showing ie techedge was showing 14.7 AFR dashboard was showing 12.5 AFR.
I have since changed to a techedge 3B1 and now have the similar reading on both or with in .2 difference.
It appears there is conflict between 02A unit and v2.
Thanks for your help

Ok no worries, glad you got it sorted out. :cheers:
I will advise people to run the 3B1 over the 02A.
