Is there a way to adjust control logic in addition go mapping on custom/additional I/O's?

Is there anyone that knows whether custom control logic for six I/O is possible without an entire OS rewrite?

I'd like to use conditionals to set some rules for boosting under AFM conditions.

Anyone have an idea?

EFILive edits the calibration tables and not the control logic.

So for now I'll have to disable boost in DOD mode. Ok that'll get me rolling....
