CASE Crankshaft Relearn with E37?

There is no E37 'Target Controller' under DVT (Dynamic Vehicle Testing) in the Scan Tool V7.5 edition, thus, I cannot get to the crank relearn procedure. All posts I find tell about the routine once you get through accessing DVT. Anyone know the correct procedure?

Just select the DVT target controller as an E38, it should work fine.
