I am receiving an error message when I try to open V7.5, both the tune tool and the scan tool. I have the latest build, have restarted computer and tried hooking V2 and laptop to vehicle. After I close the error message I get the generic Demo message that displays if the V2 is not re12400gistered but after I click ok it completely shuts the program down I cant even view it in demo mode. Any help is apprecieated, the last time I used this was probably 2-3 months ago so I dont know what is going on. I have attached a screen shot of the error. And I copied the error report when trying to open the scan tool

Thanks
-Eric

Reinstall the software by right-clicking on the install application and selecting 'Run as Administrator'. The Demo Mode message is suppressed when you've entered the registration details from your blue registration card, or you have the FlashScan device connected to your PC before starting the Tune Tool application.

Alright thank you, I guess it was as simple as that. I re-updated last night and figured that would work but it didnt! The re-install sure worked
