I have repinned a 99-02 pcm 0411 And have a COS#5 to work in my 97 C5.And is a Roadrunner pcm. Is there a way to flash in a flex fuel OS and still change it to a COS#5,And I do have the flex fuel sensor..I'm sure this was asked before.........Paul

Flex Fuel was only on one specific OS (12216125) for the 512K PCM. There was never any COS's written for that OS.

I asked a similar question in regards to a flexfuel COS.

It maybe possible just to use that OS with the Fuel Composition Sensor (pn 12570260). :nixweiss:

I have the sensor & Ethanol Content Analyzer from Zeitronix hooked up for awhile now,Works pretty good.Instead of changing the tune all the time I would let the sensor do it,But I guess not. There is a OS with a FF tune I'm going to put in my 99 silverado and I'm going to put the FF sensor in that.I'll report back on how it works out..........Paul

Would this os work and be fully functional in au cars. Would love to incorporate the fuel sensor

No, it's specific to 5.3L trucks only.

Will that OS work in a 0411 pcm?Just wondering because I changed the pcm in my 99 Silverado to a 0411pcm w/12212156 os.
