error code $11

trying to read my cummins stock tune and i get a error code $11 any one have ideas the manual says to call efi live ? my op softwere is 11352602

Yeah, mines been blinking for about 2 months now. Ever since I did my first OS change it started blinking.

I just had the dealer reflash my ecm but the tech didnt reflash my TIPM because there was a TSB out for the electric transfer case motor and he didnt have time that day to change it. So to get the defroster light to quit your going to have to get the TIPM reflashed.
Kinda sucks because EFILive isnt suppose to mess with the TIPM but something is happening in there.
