WOT shifts very low (2500 to 3000 rpm)

I did a e38 standalone on a Fox mustang. Car was running Ok and then it started to shift very low at WOT. The car always had a ISS code but worked OK. Do you know hoy I can tell if it is a limp mode or a mechanical error?
I think is an electrical or software error because I can shift manually.

Hi Miguel, check that the throttle position signal is correct and is not dropping.

Tps stays high on scanner, it evens launch hard but shifts at low rpms

by the wa, since all stuff and calibration ... all hardware is form a 4WD silverado. Is there any way The ECU triggers the 4wd low signal? I got no body control module
