need help in dallas tx

i have a v2 and lc1 i bought the serial cable and cant get the wideband to comunicate to serial port. If someone can help me out let me know, thanks

Are you sure you selected the LC-1 in the V2 "setup" ?

Questions:
- what V2 firmware version are you running...?
- did you plug the terminator plug into LC-1 SERIAL IN (looks like a 2.5mm stereo blank plug)...?
- are you connecting LC-1 SERIAL OUT to V2 using a null modem adapter (or a null modem modified cable)...?
- did you configure your V2 to recognize Innovate widebands...?
- are you powering the V2 (either via OBD2 port or USB port)...?
