How do you increase 02 oscillation

At one point in time I had some info on what to change to gain o2 oscillation but I can no longer find it. I have installed long tube headers and would like to know if there is some way to increase the oscillation. To me it is due to the sensor being further down the line and in a larger tube therefore decreasing pressure. Both of these scenarios would decrease the heat to the sensor so is there some way to increase heat time or voltage to the heater circuit?
