Through EFILive Explorer under the 'Splash' tab.

Ah, come on Ross! I was gonna let it ride and have fun with it! Like, "Smarty Kill Key Combo!" or "Cheat code for unlocking all limiters at once!" like a game...lol

...Adding to what Ross said, "Save Image," open it in the computer's "Paint" application, then edit it however you may feel, save as a new file, then go back to EFILive explorer and load it up. I'm sure there's a fancier way of doing it, but this way keeps the image just the right size.
