I read somewhere that a member had a proceedure to re calibrate the fuel sending unit to the guage via efilive. It basically said to run the vehicle out of fuel and then add two gallons and see what the voltage read with the scan tool, then repeat till full. However I can only have it display one decimal point to the right and as you know the efilive software displays the calibrations with two decimal points to the left. I have searched on other forums but have come up with nothing. Do I have to use a volt meter instead?

Right click on the dashboard parameter and go to chart properties. Select the series you want to change, and adjust the significant digit count under "Font" and "Format". %.2f will give you what you want.
