i am trying to "read" my stock tune for the first time and with the key in the on position & the autocal hooked to the truck all of the "read" options have N/A listed below them and even if i hit the ok button on read 1 nothing happens. I have tried multiple times. What should i do to get it to read the stock tune for the first time?

What am i doing wrong or am i missing something here?

Thanks

Has the AutoCal been configured to include your ECM (using the V8 Scan&Tune software)...?

i was given the "how to use EFIlIves autocal printout" and told to download & update all the info listed on the sheets & follow the step by step instructions on the last couple pages. So after downloading the software i was attempting to raed my ecm so i could send him my stock file so that he could assign my licsense to & write a tune for me.

Im not sure if its been configured or not...how do i check to verify?

Ok, let your tuner know what is happening.
