$0504 = Boot loader file (.blx) not found

Use EFILive Explorer to see what files are in your V2 Config space, and what firmware version/date your V2 has (post screenshots).

Does your ACV2's Config space contain these files:
E39_R.blx
E39_R.obj
E39_W.blx
E39_W.obj
E39_F.blx
E39_F.obj

If you have the files for other controllers, there may not be sufficient space for those files...

i.e. you may have to delete the files for the other controllers to make room.

You should also update the firmware from here: Release-Candidate-9-Feb-09-2012 (http://forum.efilive.com/showthread.php?18430-Release-Candidate-9-Feb-09-2012)

[ download and install latest V7 and V8 software ]

Note: the firmware version will be the same, but its date will be different.

I needed to take the radio fuses out.
Now I loaded my tune it said flashing it got up to 100% then it Said turn off ignition. My truck really doesn't feel any different, can't even spin my tires on wet pavement
