V2 can't find my tune ....help!!!!

I was emailed a tow tune today so what I did is this.

Opened the tow tune file attachment in my email, clicked save as tow tune. When I look in my v8 folder- sub folder "tune" I see my stock ECM read but not the tow tune that was saved to that folder. Now what is weird is that if I un-hook the v2 and look in the same folder the tune is there, but it's not there when the v2 is hooked up to the laptop and the obd port.

Any thoughts?

I even tried removing all of the efi live software and re-installing and it still does it.

You need to use EFILive Explorer to copy tunes to the V2 - for BBF use. These cannot be in *.tun format (i.e you need to save the tune as *ctd).

We got it figured out...somebody ( not gonna say who) downloaded the wrong software. Oops
