Just bought a new PC and a new laptop. Both are HP's, Window 7 Home Prem and 64 bit. Downloaded both with latest V2 and V8 and Explorer shows I'm up to date with Bootblock 2.07.03 and Firmware 2.07.22. The PC will open files and seems to be working fine with the V2 plugged in, I just can't take it out to a vehicle for testing.
When I plug the V2 into the laptop it crashes with the blue screen "to protect from damage". Does this sound like a driver issue or something else?
At this point I'm totally lost as what to do next. I have tried reinstalling the software several times.
