VIN Programming On 03 5.9L HO Diesel

Anyone know a way to reprogram vin on 03 5.9L HO, replaced smashed ecm with used unit now won't start because Cluster doesn't recognize ecm. Maybe Beta test? Any help would be great, Thanks,

Thanks Dan,
I was hoping for a lower cost option. At least the cost of the used ECM and Bracket was barely more than the core charge for a reman ECM from the dealer. The old one has been smashed and has no core value.
