EFILive Tune Causes Cluster Lights to Fail

I recently tuned my truck with EFILive and noticed that a few cluster lights and steering wheel lights have went out or are very bright. Anyone know about this issue and what I may be able to do to fix it?

I also flashed a 2007 lmm and dash is dead,
No door lock, abs light on, service trailer brake,
Service 4 wheel dive, keyless entree , and no crank
all Gage's flat. Any ideas??? And Im running the latest software!
