E38 COS shifting?

So I am running an E38 with T43 trans ecm. Now I have 85lb injectors so I scaled them in and then cut them in half, along with the maf. The car is fueling itself fine on E85 but with the 12v switch on or off it is shifting oddly. is there a table I missed that could help the trans shift as it did before?

Yes, in the latest update (RC10) there is tables that allow you to alter the torque model. Check out the T43 section on the forum for more info.
