Differences between AutoVE and Calc.VET:

AutoVE:
- CL/LTFT are disabled;
- VE is enabled, MAF is disabled;
- corrects VE;
- is a special case of Calc.MAFT (see below).

Calc.VET:
- CL/LTFT are enabled, altho they don't have to be (i.e. can use pure wideband);
- MAF is enabled, VE is disabled;
- corrects MAF;
- calculates VE from corrected MAF.

AutoMAF:
- CL/LTFT are disabled;
- MAF is enabled, VE is disabled;
- corrects MAF;
- is a special case of Calc.VET (see above).

Calc.MAFT:
- CL/LTFT are enabled, altho they don't have to be (i.e. can use pure wideband);
- VE is enabled, MAF is disabled;
- corrects VE;
- calculates MAF from corrected VE.
