truck wont tune.

im trying to tune my 04 silverado and i cant get it to tune. (battery is fully charged)

the autocal deleted the tune off the pcm and now my truck wont turn over or run.

when trying to tune with all fuses in the truck i keep getting "BAD SN" with error 0534

i tried pulling the radio fuse and ipc/dic fuse and the autocal gives me error 0281

after trying about 50 times i did get the autocal to tune twice with fuses in but it finished with error code 06FF

is their any other fuses i can try pulling or what? i need to get my truck running asap so any help would be great.

I know very little about the AutoCal ... other than that your direct product support should come from whoever sold the AutoCal to you.

we thought maybe it was a problem with my autocal or pcm, i sent both to him and they are working fine he says.
i now put the pcm back in my truck and try to update my tune and its not working again....

What version of the software is your tuner using? Honestly, your tuner needs to provide 100% of your AutoCal support, there are so many variables that it is difficult for end users to provide other end users support. If your tuner is using the latest RC10 release and you're on RC9, the files wont flash on your AC. Need to mirror your tuner's setup exactly.

Make sure the key is turned all the way on, the second position on the ignition just before starting.
