I have finally started tuning some 6.7L trucks now that i have RC10 and can do the deletes. i have experienced a couple of mm3 limiting issues. The first truck an 07 would only reach 134mm3 at first, and after some tweaking i could get it to 143mm3 and this was the max at all times. The second truck an 09 would only get to like 69mm3 in first and second gear, then take off once it shifted to third fuelling all the way to the 160mm3 i commanded, from a dead stop. from a roll at about 50 when standing on the pedal it wouldn't downshift and would hardly get to 80 according to the customer.

On the 07 i'm thinking since the pedal position to desired fuel table is set at 128mm3 for 90% throttle, and 160.5 at 100% throttle; and the driver throttle position may go to 100% while logging, however pedal position 1 and pedal position 2 only get to 94-96% this may be the cause for not getting to 160mm3

On the 09 i'm wondering if i need to disable torque convertor protection, or maybe it's something else. Both trucks have the main pulse limiter disabled and D2012 at 3350 D2013 at 3550, and D2015 is disabled, and F1179 set to disable but F1017 and F1188 are enabled.

Any help/suggestions would be much appreciated

With the latest public release, and by disabling torque convertor protection i have eliminated the 1st and 2nd gear defueling as well as the upper mm3 limit by remapping the throttle based table.
?
However, with these newly modified tunes where the pulse table is modified i get a hard defuel on shifts. One 08 truck with a max effort tune defuels from 160 mm3 to 37mm3 each shift, and the other with a less extreme pulse table modification, defuels to ~70mm3 during shifts....Any insight? a defuel table to come in a future release? transmission tuning needed?
