Just wondering.....

Your thoughts on the subject... how good is the factory E67? How does it compare/compete with an electromotive or something similar?

If you can use a later OS with the better injector tables and you want to stay under about 7,500 RPM and no more than 255KPa at the MAP sensor then sure.

You would go sd on an e67???

Sure, why not. SD tuning is pretty common here in Australia for boosted GenIV engines.

All depends on the application. I have tuned several 1,000+hp nitrous cars on with stock pcm's. Can it be done, yes, will it be fun probably not. If its an all out race car I would go with something aftermarket, FAST, BS3, Holley, etc just for the individual cylinder control for timing and fuel.

On some OS's we have b1520. THat is individual injector fuel adjustment.

However. with KR we have timing by cylinders, when necessary.

I feel the stock ECU is faster than an aftermarket (most of the time) and can control fuel better. Besides... it would still be a street car.

AND, Why wouldn't it be fun?

Keep it coming!
