View Full Version : How do you take a Snap shot of the screen

Like the heading says........how do you guys take those snap shot pictures of tables and logs i see posted up quite often on here?
im still having trouble finding how to do it........i must be having a blonde moment or something!!!!

If you have Windows 7, use the Snipping Tool (Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Snipping Tool). If you have any other version of Windows, then hit the "print screen" button (sometimes prt sc, prt scn, etc). Open up Paint and click Ctrl+V (paste).

Also

Alt + Prt Sc will capture only the active window

Good to know, Ive gotten in the habit of using the Snipping Tool as I only deal with W7 these days.
