Im wondering if I should set my converter to lock at wot. Its a Circle-D 245mm multi-disk 4C (3700rpm). I shift into 3ed at 82mph. currently NA, will be adding a 100hp shot of nitrous in the near future. Current best 1/4mi is a 13.2 @ 100 with the converter unlocked.

Only if Circle-D say it's ok... and probably not while on nitrous.
( and, depending on your torque peak, you want it to unlock on each shift to get the rpm extension )

Ok. Circle-d says its ok to lock their triple disk at wot. Probably after the 2-3 shift. What do I need in the tune to allow pickup at wot in 3rd gear?

I use to lock mine I think at 85mph, That was in my old setup in my Iroc with a 383lt1 running 11.70@114. Ran it that way 2 years no issues

I dont have my lap top with me but do I just go into the TCC tables and set the lock up at 90%tp and above the the speed that I want it to lock up at? so about 83-84 MPH

I dont have my lap top with me but do I just go into the TCC tables and set the lock up at 90%tp and above the the speed that I want it to lock up at? so about 83-84 MPHYes, but also set the release tables to the desired release speed (this should be less than the desired apply speed)... follow the trend of the lower portion of the Apply and Release curves.
Note: the release curve must always be below the apply curve (otherwise it can prevent apply, or it can prevent release).
Now, take note of this:
- some later OS's/PCM's will force a WOT unlock regardless of the Apply/Release tables;
- some earlier OS's/PCM's may have a parameter to allow WOT lock.
Also: set TCC Throttle Release tables D1007,8,9 to all 100% (these should never bet set below 100%).
Also, might do this:
- set TCC Maximum PWM to all 100%,
- set TCC Minimum PWM to some high value like 60%-90% (see what Circle-D says).
