Someone has to find the speed limit map of this file?

I can't open your .bin file, the tunetool says Unrecognized PCM.

The speed limiter is usually in the H segment, table id would be H0109 or H0111.

what software do you use for remapping friend?

That is clearly not an EFILive *.tun, *.ctd, or *.ctz tune file so we're not much use to you here. Do you have EFILive and can you read out the tune using your V1/V2/AutoCal and post that?
