As the documentation is in PDF form, (Portable Document Format - a short history here: http://www.prepressure.com/pdf/history/history01.htm ) a special software application is needed to read these files. We are all familiar with Adobe Acrobat Reader, a great program that has suffered the inevitable "bloatware" that is so common these days.

I have been looking for an quick small and stable alternative, and there are not many choices out there. However I recently found Foxit Reader, and so far it meets all my needs. It can be downloaded here:

You are right MRK, gone are the days of a double click and presto there's ya PDF, now days, double click and walk away whilst it checks for all the latest updates, blah, blah.

Seems they 'forgot' to implement the Adobe encrytpion / password check :hihi: :thankyou2:

Cheers,

Don't know if you have tried this yet but I think it is the nuts. Runs like an installed printer in the printer dropdown and is fast, free and great quality.
Nice for saving on laptop.
