Did you enable EGR in the tune...?
Did you make calc pids that converts GM.EGRS to AFR/EQR/Lambda/BEN...?

I did enable EGR in the tune.
I couldnt figure out how to make the Calc Pid.
Also cant get any of the EGR PIDs to show me voltage.

Is your calc_pid.txt file modified...? If so post it here and I'll edit it, otherwise I'll post one.
Is your LC-1 programmed to output the standard 0V=7.35AFR and 5V=22.35AFR...?

Try this calc_pids.txt file (attached)...
the new pids are:
CALC.FUEL.AFR
CALC.FUEL.lambda
CALC.FUEL.eqratio
and I modified the pid CALC.WO2BEN to use CALC.FUEL.lambda.

its alot easier to do it this way than having to keep up with the lil orange plug.
ill have to save everything on a jumpdrive and post up tom.. im on a company computer and no internet at home :(

Doing it thru the EGR means you don't have to run a new wire thru the firewall.

The other idea is to do it using the A/C pressure sensor pid (which amounts to the same as the EGR method).
