access denied for reflash

We just got a new laptop. installed the efi live software. updated the v2. loaded the v8 software. we are able to read the tune, modify it and datalog. but when we try to reflash, the process skips the actual flash and then gives the (reflash succesfull) message and gives the 15 second countdown. then we get the following message(x86)\efilive\v7.5\003800083289.lbu access denied. we are working with a genIII LS1B. We downloaded the reflashed tune and its not changed from the original tune. Thanks

You need to log in as the administrator...

the EFILive software is trying to write the .lbu file and Windows won't let it (because you're logged in as a user with insufficient privilege).

Thank you for the reply. Changed everything as described in the provided link and just got a chance to try reflashing. Still having the same issue. Any ideas?
