You need to program the latest firmware using the EFILive Control Panel. With the AC plugged in, open V8 S&T, then click the little FlashScan icon near the windows clock. Once that opens (should be EFILive Control Panel), then click F6 Firmware, then Update BootBlock. Once that is done, click Update Firmware. Should be all set.

Hi,

I explain in detail.....

My client was updating the firmware (Scan&Tune V8.2.1 Build 197), as I was finishing to program fails.

After that, Autocal flashing screen and firmware appears OK.

You can tell me step by step how to fix or re-flash the firmware?

Thanks for your time

See the picture you posted in post #5 above... click BBx, then click Tuning, then create/modify the ECM list to include your ECM, delete others that you don't want, click Save, Click Program All (found by clicking down arrow next to Program button).

Try doing a manual install (download/install the files).

Yes, of V7 and V8, do not do auto update.

Been investigating this issue, turns out it may be a fault in the V7 Scan Tool software. I'm working on a fix for it now.

The problem occurs when the orange A/D inputs send data back "out of range" values to the V7 scan tool software.
Try logging without anything connected to the orange A/D inputs.

If you do have something connected and your A/D inputs are not correctly calibrated, then it could cause the values to be out of range.
Is it possible that your A/D inputs are not correctly calibrated?

Paul

If that doesn't help, you can try logging in stream-slow mode (until a fix is released).
