no data transfer when reflashing

Hi guys. Hoping someone has come accross this error before. I have a 2000 holden vx calias, LS1 with harrop S/C. I have just purchased my own EFIlive system to learn. Previously was tuned with EFIlive and has a custom operating system. I have licenced the car to my new system and downloaded the tune from the vehicle. When reflashing the system shows it has reflashed successfully but no data has transfered. An error comes up once the countdown has finished. (cannot create file"C:\Program files\EFIlive\7.5\003932101963.lbu"access denied.
Hope someone can help.

You need to be looged on as Administrator.

Windows won't let EFIlive write to the Program Files directory.
