We are in the midst of trying to corect an engine trans swap that went wrong. We have a 2009 SIlverado which was brought in with the above and not running at all. The owner tried and failed for sure. After many hours of debugging and correcting, we have her running but have had several issues along the way including a pesky ABS lite.

For starters, we learned (through trial and error, to use a 2007 5.3 Silverado tune file which also used a 4 speed tranny. We swapped out the E37 PCM for an E38 and rewired as needed (new harness) and brought the spped control signal to Pin 57 of the PCM. We also learned that 2007 OS's need to be run in a 2007 PCM. Assumed an E38 was an E38 for the most part :(. We also learned by accident that if you mistakenly (r on purpose for that matter) flash the E37 file into an E38....it becomes a brick!

So on to our current state of affairs and my question, we have a new 2007 PCM coming on Monday. Previously we found the ABS lite was caused by the VSS mph for the fronts being 30 mph (correct) and the rear VSS MPH being 20 (way incorrect). Have been changing many of the H01XX tables but can't seem to get them equal...just F's up the speedometer. Am I missing something. Believe both trannies have the 40 tooth speed sensor output.

Any insight would be appreciated.

Thanks and Happy Mothers Day to all our Tuner Mom's.
