EFILive V4 Evaluation Licensce 2012 - HELP!!

I tried the EFILive V4 evaluation licensce that was posted with no luck. Does anyone have a license that works?

I followed the instructions EXACTLY, and it still came up as invalid. I tried entering the information multiple times with no luck.
