5.3 Tuning

i did some tuning to my 5.3 and we made a adjustment and didnt work well with the MAF and did not work well. So we stopped immediately and put a tune that worked good ran great then we went to make a quick flash of the stock to see and was saying something about the CASE and had trouble figuring out so we went and did a full flashscan of the stock and turn it back on and worked well. Was wondering if anyone had the same trouble before or why it did it??

When you flashed the tune that worked, was it from another vehicle, and did you full flash it...?

The CASE warning was probably telling you would be altering the CASE data and would be needing to do a CASE relearn...

No it was a tune that we created and we change shift points and turned of the OS 2 sensor and traction control also the MAF. But it said we needed to relearn it but thats what through us off because we did not know why. Also wondering if there was anything else you could do to make the truck run better in tuning? Thanks
