Ive got an 08 LMM set up to run pilot#1 up to 2500rpm, then i have all pilot activity zeroed out in the quantity tables above this ( i also have all values in B1021 set on "2" for 1400-2400rpm and set to "1" for 2500-3900rpm) . When i hit 2500rpm my main timing is suddenly reduced to less than half of what is commanded as the pilot turns off.

what am i missing? or do i have to compensate for this in the rpm ranges that i have pilot#1 zeroed out?

What are the values in your A table? When pilot and post shuts off, it should go over to the A table.

Ahh, looks like i missed "transient A" table. I will try this out today.

Thanks

Yep, that table is a wierd one. I don't think GM ever intended for that table to be used when they built it.
