Quick OS question

I just recieved my Flashscan personal. From everything I have read so fr on these boards it seems that it is better to upgrade to a custom OS over the stock OS on a 1999 Trans Am.

My question is. Will I need to aquire another PCM from a newer T/A such as a 2001 or can I upgrade my current 99 PCM?

Welcome! If you have personal you will need to upgrade it to commerical to be able to flash in a different or custom os. You don't need to aquire another PCM as that would be more expensive then just upgrading to the commerical version.
