my tuner wants me to send him some logs after installing my long tubes but I'm not sure what pids to select can some one help me out here?

Might want to ask him what he wants to see - I would think the default metric or default imperial pids would cover what he would want to see...

Ya you really need the pid list from him as to what way he has tuned you vechile
Ie. If its mafless, speed density and so on
And add you wideband if you have one
