Putting tunes in autocal

I have a tune coming in via email from my tuner. I would like someone to please explain the steps to get this on my autocal so I can install it in my truck. This stuff really blows my mind. I did somehow manage to data log and actually was able to send him the stock tune files. I just want to make sure I do the right thing when transferring the tune to autocal. This is done in EFI Live Explorer, correct?

youre tuner should be telling you how to do this or send instructions for you to follow
i dont deal with auto cals but you should just be able to copy them over in efi explorer

He referred me to some online instructions but they are bit vague for me. I will try to figure it out.

Start EFILive Explorer (EE), goto Tunes in lower pane, navigate to your tune files in upper pane, drag/drop tunes from PC (upper pane) to V2 (lower pane), wait until it finishes copying.
