I have a question that I need an answer for. I have the V2 flash scan/ tuner. My question is can I plug my laptop into the shops 110 voltage to power up laptop while flashing the pcm? I'm not using an inverter just A/C power out of the shops outlets. Just like I am doing right now to power up my laptop in the house. If not what do I need to purchase to use my laptop for flashing the trucks pcm?
Thanks
Steve.

Hi Steve,

If you are not charging (or otherwise electrically connected to) the vehicle from the shop outlet you will be safe

(i.e. you want to avoid multiple power/ground paths between the 110V and the vehicle)
