99 Saturn 1.9L DOHC EVO delete?

I have efi live for my duramax and was wondering if I would be able to get into the ecu on my 99 Saturn so I could delete the steering EVO option due to a motor swap and the current harness used doesn't support the EVO system. It causes a check engine light and emissions are coming up so i need to get that light taken care of. If it's an option I'll just use my remaining license to remove this option from the ecu. Probably cheaper than paying gm to connect their tech2 and do it for me. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks

I don't know, Saturn used some pretty strange ECM's over the years. Try reading it as a 'P08' computer, if it doesn't work then it's one of the other (unsupported) Saturn ECM's.
