I'm trying to kill a CEL caused by my grid heater and solenoid delete. The code is P0541 - Intake Air Heater Control Circuit 1 Low. In the tune tool I have {F2113} P0541 'Disabled'. I'm still getting the code. Is this feature not functioning yet?

You need to disable ALL grid DTC's in the list...there are about 5-7 of them.
