might sound like a dumb question here goes an engine idles at 30 kpa map as you accelerate up to 101.3 kpa the manifold (negative pressure) drops towards atmospheric. so on b4001 shouldn't the figures (flow rate) decline instead of incline considering that as manifold vac drops there's less assistance drawing fuel from the injectors?

The horizontal axis on B4001 is manifold vacuum (MANVAC)... so as manifold vacuum drops you go towards the left on B4001, and as you can see the IFR drops as you go left.
