spark drop

just wondering what would cause spark adv to drop to 0? im getting a back fire not sure before or after timing retard

Does it have traction control? I can't find any tables that could effect spark like that except under the TCS tables (B6603 through B6605)... Pretty much every spark table except the high and low octane are zero'd out LOL!
