Hi everyone, it has been a while since I have been on the forum but I am trying to be a little bit proactive as I am half way through an engine build.
I am looking to use a GMPP tune file to use or assist me in developing a base tune to suit this engine build.

Existing details:
HSV Clubsport 6.0L M6
W427 OTR
Hurricane headers 1 7/8"
2 x 100 cpsi cats
2 x 3" right through with resonators only at the rear

New build:
LS3 heads minus 0.030" (11:1 cr)
L76 intake manifold
Camshaft 0.525/0.525 224/236 110LSA
1.7:1 Yella Terra shaft roller rockers
160o F thermostat
ATI super damper 25% UD Accessories 10% UD A/C
SLP 55001 oil pump

I figure a lot of the LS376/525 tables will be rather handy as at least a starting point should this mofo decide to not play too nice in the beginning with my existing tune which was dialed in perfectly.

Not too sure what else I can do in a proactive approach, just trying to be prepared and so I am open to any advice you can provide.

In fact, many of you may have already experienced this but when I removed the existing heads @ just under 90,000 km's I found carbon deposits in the combustion chambers covering approx 10% area and a fine layer taking up 80% piston crown area. Plug color and everything else was also indicative of a perfect tune (this engine was tuned about 5000 kms ago now) which is something you rarely see when you pull an engine down that hasn't been given the attention with regard to tuning as many of this forums' members do. I would also like to take the opportunity to again thank the guys on here that often assist members with dramas that must seem repetitive and simple but these responses are tirelessly repeated and make EFI Live such an awesome product.

Thanks in advance

Stick with the factory E38 tune, the GMPP ECM's aren't anything special except they've been designed around engine swaps (eg hot rods, boats etc).

Ok, will stick with the factory but wouldn't might looking at some of the tables for at least comparison.
I looked at tune file depot but there isn't much under GMPP for the LS3, nothing newer than 2010. Although they are E67 I was hoping I might be able to use some tables as a guide for better end result.

Hey members does anyone know how I can get 12638778 OS into a E67 ecm. I have tried several OEM OS but non are compatible. I have this GMPP LS3 and harness package already installed in a C3 vette. Ecm got crunched and was trying to replace it with without buying theirs but having issues not using their OS. Any suggestions???

Do you have the 2010 or 2012 file...?

What is the year of your ECM...?

There's more to it than that (but I don't know the details).

The ECM they use is a 19259291 can be bought from GM only (Detroit). The VIN in shows to be a 2012 Corvette. The issue is their LS376/525 package is wired to run a fuel pump relay and they put their own OS 12638778. I can not find an OS system compatible with it. I have tried an ECM from 2012 Corvette and an 09 SSTB. You will either run into no fuel pump control output, VATS will not disable, or VSS and other sensors out of range. I hate to say it but I think they cornered that system. DAMN THEM GM GUYS!!!!
