A little background first. This is a gen6 bbc 460ci with 50# injectors and running a cos3 OS with 2 bar map sensor getting ready for whipple to go back on.
my issue is while data loging my VE table under hard heavy throttle/load (when you would expect PE to kick in) the commanded AFR goes INSANELY too rich and kills the motor. I have tried everything i can think of to stop this issue and I need an outside look into this. I will post a log of this and the current tune.
any ideas or help is GREATLY appreciated....
Robby
and PS if I load in a 1 bar non custom OS tune and use a 1 bar Map sensor this issue is not present.

I can't look at your files at the moment (later tonite)...

did you edit the MAP scaler for the 2-bar sensor...?

thanks man
yes I did change the offset to match the key on engine off to 100kpa as did the 1 bar map sensor.
in the log above you will be able to see this also a few seconds into the log when the engine shuts off when i floored it to merge onto the interstate.
I dont know if this helps or not bc i am new to this part but ill attach my current calc_pids.txt file also.

Have a look at B3647; You're commanding a PE modifier of 14.68 in EQ units.

thanks for looking. I went back to dbl check and I clicked on edit>propereties and changed my screen from AFR to EQ Ratio on B3647 and it shows 1.01 up to 1.20 max not 14.68.......
edit
I checked out B3618 and you are correct It was comanding an EQ ratio of 14.68 and not (1) for disabling the pe mode
I will try this tomorrow and see what happens.
my question is WHY did the PE enable in the first place?

Shouldnt B0101 and A0009 be exactly the same at the 105 kpa columns? Has the boost ve table been corrected yet?

yes it should.
I never got into boost since the whipple isnt on it and left the 105+ alone for now.
But I will correct this. I also changed the PE delay time to 90 seconds to hopefully help stop the PE also
Thank you guys for looking at this and helping me with it.

Are you trying to fuel it off of strictly B3647? What mods are done to the engine? Maybe the os has some sort of bug in it. Try loading the cos again?
