Hi All!

I'm a newbie here and a complete novice at tuning. I could really use a good point in the right direction. I have a 99 LS1 that has all bolt ons and a 3800 converter. I'm looking to install the Speedtek F1 cam (230/226 .591/.576 112lsa) and then of course tune it. I'm not sure what to tune though. Is there somewhere I can go to get a list of what I need to change in order to get this thing running good? I honestly have no clue where to start and what to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated. :thankyou2: :thankyou2:

I'd start by reading the stickies on LS1Tech.com on how to tune.

Also, read the Auto VE Tuning tutorial located in C:\Program Files\EFILive\V7\Doc\Tutorials.

From one noob to another you are not alone, this is a great forum. The last bits of advice were good. I would suggest getting comfortable with EFI Live before you go and install the cam. I take it that the car runs pretty good right now? What wideband sensor did you go with? You do have a wideband correct?

You can tune without a WB but you really need one to get a proper tune IMO.:exactly:
