Installed DSP5 switch, then flashed the ECU. now truck wont starts, EFI live says "ECU not detected".

It was detecting it after the switch install, so I don't think that was the problem.

I check fuses but couldn't find any bad ones and I can get power from the OBD port.

if i try to display info VIN/OS for GPM I get VIN: Unknown opSys:12597107
if i display for TCM i get the correct VIN.

What should I try next?

Pull battery for a few minutes then try to full flash it again.

Pull battery for a few minutes then try to full flash it again.

disconnected the positive wire from both batteries for ~40 mins, still no ECM detected.

Can you post the tune up? Or if not (as in it may have been purchased from someone therefore shouldn't be put out in public), can you Email it to support@efilive.com
Maybe there is something wrong with the file that has bricked the ECM. As far as I know Bosch ECM's don't die very often.
