New ECM and old stock tuning file

Ok so I had to have new ECM installed due to previous one getting fried ! So my question is the stock file that I had pulled from my old ECM that fried an saved to my computer for sending when having custom tunes built is that stock tune file ECM sensitive ? Like say for instance I lost my stock file an cant find for new ECM I installed ( which has happened) can I use the old stock file when wanting to turn back to stock on new ECM ? :bash:
