LBZ wont start after flash

Flashed my tune onto truck after makeing some changes and setting up for DSP5 switch, everything went good and it said it was successfully flashed. Thene tried starting truck and nothing, tried reflashing it with modified tune and with stock and I get $0101 signal interupted. Tried cutting power to ECM for few min. still wouldnt do anything, also made sure everything was up to date with latest and gratest updates and it was. Any help would be appreciated this is my daily driver.

Truck is 2007 GMC sierra classic LBZ

Will the scan tool communicate with the ECM?

No scan tool will not says no data, also hooked up my OBD2 code reader and it also will not communticate with engine. The security light on dash is on and the fuel gauge is empty and low fuel light is on.

sounds like the ECM is either dead or in a delicate state, Ross or Paul will probably be the only ones who can help you.
