Alright, ive been fighting an issue in gear with air on or off, didn't matter. The car would get buck nasty lurching and trying to push through the brakes. After logging I saw it was increasing tps and timing was dropping to negative 10 back up to 20 and so forth.
What I found was the tcs limiter by input speed table was being exceeded at my desired idle rpm. So the damn tcs was pulling timing. I had setup tq limiting to only allow spark reduction for tcs so it wasn't too bad to find.
SO, be careful when tuning cammed autos where you are using the tq model (im at 15%). Thats what put me over the tq threshold. So a quick massage on that table and life is great again.
